Skill / Strength: Not the best Bench Press session managed the tempo with 70kg, 80kg was a bit much.
WOD: As I can’t yet link Bar Muscle Ups, I went for C2B. I really really hate Turkish Get Ups!!!!

Skill / Strength: After the Plate Hold, arms were in pieces.

Skill / Strength: Weighted Ring Dips, managed 15kg and 16kg, but failed at 20kg.
WOD: Used a 16kg (yellow) Kettlebell, just like some of the girls. Also I mainly used my right arm!

WOD: TBH I didn’t care for this WOD and didn’t enjoy it.
