Skill / Strength: 3RM Front Squat @ 80kg
WOD: 10 WB every minute followed by max Burpees in the remaining minute. Burpees ranged from 3 -12 with a total of 72.

Skill / Strength: DB Flyers and Handstand Hold.
WOD: Team The Pig & The Dog (Charlie and I). Split the Reps evenly. Scaled DU to Singles, and reverted Ring Dips to HR Push-ups. 30inch Box used.

Skill / Strength: I was on the limit with this weight, started with 40kg, went up to 42kg for a couple of rounds, then went back to 40kg. All un-broken.
WOD: Loved this! RX’d with a time of 11:33
