WOD: Short sharp WOD with 8-10 Walking Lunges between sets. 8 Rounds completed, 80 Wallballs.

WOD: Muscle ups in the bag, didn’t complete all but got 7 in!

Skill / Strength: Front squat previous PR was 101kg, today PR’d with 102kg.
WOD: Teamed with Marc both completed 600m run, and 4 rounds each of Wall Balls and Plank.

Skill / Strength: Banded (Red) Bench Press @ 70kg
WOD: Completed the Row in 3:48, 100 Wall Balls I broke down into a set of 20 the 10-15. This was the first WOD where I attempted Double Unders, managed 2 unbroken then all singles. Happy with the RX but need to practice DUs a lot.

WOD: Team “We Hate Anna”consisted of Marc, Jeremy, and I. Apparently Anna was responsible for constructing these WODs. All completed as prescribed apart from my Double Unders which were singles.
